FINAL JUDGMENT granting Plaintiff's 11 Motion for Entry of Default Judgment: Accordingly, it is ORDERED that judgment is granted in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants as follows: A. Plaintiff shall have and recover from Defendants, jointly and severally, the damages in the amount of $652,028.12, with prejudgment interest accruing at the rate of 10.25% per year from 8/12/2026, through the date immediately preceding entry of this Judgment. B. Plaintiff may file a motion for attorneys' fees and nontaxable expenses in accordance with FRCvP 54(d)(2). C. Plaintiff shall recover from Defendants its taxable costs, to be taxed by the Clerk. D. Plaintiff shall recover post-judgment interest on the judgment amount at the rate prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 1961 from the date of entry of this Judgment until paid in full. E. This Judgment disposes of all claims asserted by Plaintiff against Defendants in this action. All relief not expressly granted herein is denied. F.
