Counsel reported that Nationstar's summary judgment motion is fully briefed and that the Parties await a ruling ahead of the scheduled trial date. The undersigned reminded counsel that the judges in this District are statistically some of the busiest in the nation, so a ruling will come in due course and may be much closer to the trial date. Counsel confirmed they understood. The undersigned raised the possibility of the remaining claims in this case resolving by settlement. Counsel for the Plaintiffs stated that he would contact Nationstar's counsel. The undersigned stated that if she can help facilitate those discussions to please contact her chambers directly.
