Kennedy, No. 24-CV-1810 ("Montefiore I"), Plaintiffs are hereby ORDERED to show cause on or before June 26, 2026 why this case should not be stayed pending a decision in Montefiore I. See Order, Montefiore Med. Ctr. v. Becerra, No. 24-CV-2991 (D.D.C. Dec. 20, 2024), ECF No. 17 (staying a follow-on case to Montefiore I). It is further ORDERED that Defendant shall file a response to Plaintiffs' show-cause submission on or before July 6, 2026.
