Order on Leave to File Review
MINUTE ORDER re 23 Request for Leave to File Review. Leave to file is denied. This matter was dismissed on July 24, 2024; Plaintiff's substantially similar post-judgment motions have been considered and denied by this Court on at least three previous occasions; and this court's determinations have been repeatedly affirmed on appeal by the D.C. Circuit. Furthermore, in the proposed motion for new trial, Plaintiff asks this court to reconsider arguments that were already presented, and rejected, by the D.C. Circuit, and this court does not bear jurisdiction to do so. See In re Marin, 956 F.2d 339, 340 (D.C. Cir. 1992). Signed by Judge Tanya S. Chutkan on 7/6/2026. (psu3)
