Pursuant to the stipulated dismissal, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the claims brought by Plaintiff Uline, Inc. as to all Defendants (Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., and Visa International Service Association, and Mastercard International Incorporated and Mastercard Incorporated) are dismissed with prejudice, each side to bear its own fees and costs. (2.) Pursuant to the stipulated dismissal, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the claims brought by Plaintiff BJ's Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc., as to Defendants Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A.
