ORDER granting 74 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. The Court is in receipt of Defendants' renewed letter motion for extension of the fact discovery deadline in this action (Dkt. No. 74) and Plaintiff's opposition thereto (Dkt. No. 75). Defendants' request is granted. The deadline for fact discovery in this action is extended to Monday, October 11, 2026. Should either party wish to file a motion to compel production by a date certain with the Court, they are expected to do so by letter-motion in compliance with Rule II.C of my Individual Practices in Civil Cases.
