ORDER- Based on the Motion and the Courts review of the record, the Court finds that consolidation would not prejudice any party and that all factors weigh in favor of consolidation. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Motion (Case No. 3:26-cv-481-SLS, ECF No. 13 ) and hereby ORDERS that the following cases Case No. 3:26-cv-481-SLS and Case No. 3:26-cv-484-SLS shall be consolidated for all purposes, including discovery, pretrial proceedings, and trial.
