Specifically, plaintiff's motion fails to indicate "whether the parties agree on the resolution of all or part of the motion," Local Rule 3.01(g)(2)(B), and only states that the parties conferred regarding perceived issues with defendant's Interrogatory Responses and that defendant provided Supplemental Responses, doc. 45 at 10.
