A status conference to discuss case progression, the parties' interest in settlement, and the trial and pretrial conference settings will be held with the undersigned magistrate judge on March 9, 2027, at 10:00 a.m. by telephone. TEXT MINUTE ENTRY for scheduling conference held before Magistrate Judge Ryan C. Carson on August 12, 2026. Renee Mathias appeared for Plaintiff, Kenneth Wentz and Taylor White appeared for Defendant. Plaintiff has obtained new counsel and the parties submitted an Amended Rule 26(f) Report. Defendants have re-served prior written discovery to Plaintiff's new counsel. An Amended Progression Order will be entered. The court did not order mediation at this time, but encouraged the parties to discuss settlement. Plaintiff will provide a settlement demand to Defendant within seven days.
