The court heard updates and argument from counsel regarding the progress of discovery production. Defendants are ordered to produce their list of custodians for ESI collection by September 22, 2026. Counsel must meet and confer regarding Teams URL segregation; if no agreement on the process is reached by September 25, the parties shall submit competing proposals to the court by September 28, 2026. Defendants shall produce updated spreadsheet of BWC videos produced after every 500th video production, and shall provide details of video selection methodology to plaintiffs. Counsel shall also meet and confer in the next week regarding I-213 sampling methodology, and also may submit competing proposals to court if no agreement is reached. Defendants must provide a reasonable deposition date for defendant Bovino or the court will likely select a date at the next status conference.
