PRETRIAL SCHEDULING ORDER: As set forth at the pretrial conference held pursuant to Rule 16, Fed. R. Civ. P., on July 23, 2026, in the event that the action is not settled by September 18, 2026, the following schedule shall govern the further conduct of pretrial proceedings in this case: 1. The parties shall comply with their Rule 26(a) (1), Fed. R. Civ. P., initial disclosure obligations by October 2, 2026. 2. No additional parties may be joined or pleadings amended after October 9, 2026. 3. All fact discovery must be completed by February 26, 2027. 4. Expert reports and disclosure of expert testimony conforming to the requirements of Rule 26(a) (2) (B), Fed. R. Civ. P., by the party bearing the burden on an issue must be served by March 19, experts and disclosure by April 16, 2027. 2027. Identification of rebuttal of their expert testimony must occur 5. All expert discovery must be completed by May 14, 2027. 6. The following motion will be served by the dates indicated below. Any motion for summary judgment Motion served by June 4, 2027.Opposition served by June 25, 2027.Reply served by July 9, 2027. At the time any reply is filed, the moving party shallsupply Chambers with two (2) courtesy copies of all motion papers by mailing or delivering them to the United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York. 7. In the event no motion is filed, the Joint Pretrial Order must be filed by June 4, 2027. (AS FURTHER SET FORTH IN THIS ORDER.) SO ORDERED. Amended Pleadings due by 10/9/2026.
