PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Attorney Gianna M. Balli's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendant. 18 . Therein, Attorney Balli moves to withdraw as counsel for Defendants Carnival Corporation Ltd. and One Spa World, LLC because Attorney Balli is departing Mase Seitz Briggs, P.A. Id. at 1. Mase Seitz Briggs, P.A. "will continue to represent Defendant through the other attorneys of record" who have already made an appearance. Id. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Withdraw 18 is GRANTED. Attorney Gianna M. Balli is relieved of all further responsibilities related to this action. The Clerk of Court is INSTRUCTED to REMOVE Gianna M. Balli as counsel of record. Signed by Judge K.
