Defendants' supplemental briefing is due on September 21 and shall not exceed 15 double-spaced pages. Oral argument on Defendant's motion to dismiss is rescheduled to September 28 at 4 pm. ORDER: The Court also grants Plaintiff's request to depose a 30(b) (6) witness, but only with respect to the topics as to which this preliminary discovery is pertinent.
