FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint notice within three business days of the earlier of (a) the court's ruling on the motion to compel pending in Sade v. North Star Solar LLC, No. 1:22-cv-01109-JEP (M.D.N.C.), or (b) issuance of the claim construction ruling in that action. The joint notice must attach a copy of the pertinent ruling.
