ORDER: Before the Court is Counter-Plaintiff Fisher Investments, Inc.'s ("Fisher") Motion to Compel. Doc. 109 . Because of Counter-Defendant Daniel Human's obstinance, Fisher has sought at least some of the information at issue in its Motion to Compel from other sources. See Human v. Fisher Invs., Inc., 831 F. Supp. 3d 845, 849 (E.D. Mo. 2026). The Court determines that it is best to deny Fisher's Motion without prejudice, reopen discovery, which the Court will closely supervise, and allow Fisher to seek any outstanding discovery it needs in this action. Fisher will be free to make any of the same discovery requests at issue in the Motion to Compel for documents or information it has not received from any source. With that qualification, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Fisher's Motion to Compel, Doc. 109 , is DENIED without prejudice. A new case management order will be entered herewith.
