   ORDER granting 26 -- The Court accepts plaintiffs' status report nunc pro tunc. Plaintiffs are reminded going forward that problems with the ECF system do not excuse plaintiffs' ongoing obligation to stay abreast of the deadlines in this case. Plaintiffs request permission to file a Second Amended Complaint but did not attach the proposed Second Amended Complaint to their status report. The Court treats the June 12, 2026 status report as a motion for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint and the Court GRANTS that motion. Plaintiffs shall file the Second Amended Complaint by June 30, 2026 and shall serve the Second Amended Complaint on all defendants by August 31, 2026. Defendants shall answer or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint in accordance with the deadlines established by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. It appears from the docket that several defendants, including defendant Tony Morales, have yet to be served with the initial Complaint.
