ORDER & ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: On consideration of the Motion and supporting papers, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. Defendants shall respond to Flex's proposed Order to Show Cause by August 10, 2026. The return should respond to each part of the injunctive relief that Flex is seeking as described in the Motion; and 2. All parties shall appear before this court on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom 906 of the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York 10007. 3. In lieu of expedited discovery, at least at this time, and to resolve facts necessary to decide the motion for preliminary injunction, Defendant Anderson is ORDERED to appear at the hearing and to provide live testimony regarding his retention, possession, and use of documents and information provided to him in the course of his dealings with Flex. It is further ORDERED that Flex's counsel (1) serve each Defendant with a copy of the Motion, supporting papers, Complaint, and this Order by email within 24 hours of this Order, and by overnight mail or hand delivery by August 5, 2026; and (2) file proof of such service by August 7, 2026. Such service should be on Defendant Anderson directly (unless he has retained counsel) and on Defendant Split Pay through its counsel. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate Dkt. No. 6. SO ORDERED.
