TEXT ORDER: The court has reviewed the Joint Notice of Redacted Filing, (Doc. 882 ), and appreciates the parties' filing and the respective positions. The court acknowledges that it made incorrect assumptions with respect to the need for sealing. In light of the notice, the court sets forth the following process. The court will enter an order addressing all pending motions to seal on or before September 30, 2026. Upon entry of that order, the parties shall have 21 days to file a motion to seal specific parts of the court's Memorandum Opinion and Order, (Doc. 879 ), as appropriate. Responses to any motions to seal shall be filed within 21 days thereafter and any reply briefs shall be filed 14 days thereafter. The court's findings as contained in the order to be released between now and September 30, 2026 are made without prejudice to any motions to seal portions of the Memorandum Opinion and Order. The court acknowledges the parties' reservation of the right to move to seal and the right to challenge a motion to seal as to matters contained in the court's opinion. (See Doc. 882 at 2-3).
