ENDORSED ORDER denying without prejudice Plaintiff's 8 motion for reconsideration and enlargement of time, for failure to comply with the typography requirements of Local Rule 1.08 and with the requirements of Local Rule 3.01 (including, under Local Rule 3.01(b), that a motion "must include -- in a single document no longer than twenty-five pages -- a concise statement of the precise relief requested, a statement of the basis for the request, and a legal memorandum supporting the request"). The Court has previously noted the need to comply with the Local Rules, including Local Rules 1.08 and 3.01. See 7 June 30, 2026, Order. Plaintiff must ensure such compliance in future filings. Noncompliant filings may be summarily denied or stricken. The Court sua sponte extends the deadline for Plaintiff to comply with paragraphs 1-2 of page 8 of the Court's 4 June 23, 2026, Order, until July 20, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Samuel J.
