ORDER: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1951(e) and Local Rule 83L, the Court directly appoints Attorney Thomas Trebilcock to represent Plaintiff. Attorney Trebilcock has indicated that he has no conflict ethically preventing him from assuming the representation and he is willing and able to undertake the same.
