Order on Motion to Amend / Correct / Modify / Supplement
ENDORSED ORDER denying 35 Motion to Amend; denying 36 Motion for Leave to file a Third Amended Complaint. On June 25, 2026, Judge John Badalamenti dismissed the complaint without prejudice, declined to permit further amendment, and directed the Clerk to enter judgment and close the case. Thereafter, on July 29, 2026, Magistrate Judge Amanda A. Sansone denied Plaintiff's request for additional amendment and advised Plaintiff to seek no further relief in this Court (Doc. 34). Despite these prior rulings, Plaintiff again seeks leave to file a third amended complaint. Because there is no operative complaint in this closed case, Plaintiff's motions are denied. Plaintiff is once again reminded that no further motions or other filings seeking relief in this Court should be filed. Signed by Magistrate Judge Gregory D. Pizzo on 9/3/2026. (SSL)
