ORDER granting 24 Motion for Leave to File Corrected Amended Complaint. Document 24-2 is heretofore the operative First Amended Complaint. The Court notes that the First Amended Complaint no longer pleads a federal cause of action, which appears to deprive the Court of federal-question jurisdiction and, accordingly, supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state-law claims. See Royal Canin U. S. A., Inc. v. Wullschleger, 604 U.S. 22, 30 (2025). If any party disputes this, they are directed to file a letter explaining why the Court retains subject-matter jurisdiction over this case by July 22, 2026.
