Minutes of proceedings [non-document] before Chief District Judge Sara Lioi. On August 21, 2026, the Court conducted a telephonic status conference. Attorney Christopher Wick participated on behalf of Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC, Attorney William Stavole participated on behalf of the Receiver, FTI Consulting, Inc., Attorney Jeremy Campana participated on behalf of The Evergreen Advantage, LLC, and Attorney Nahla Rajan participated on behalf of John Hancock. Attorney Stavole updated the Court on progress resolving the issue involving the 401(k) plan, including locating some records in possession of the Third-Party Administrator, Alliant Retirement Consulting. The parties are to confer early next week, consult with benefits attorneys, and continue working toward a resolution. Both Mr. Stavole and the Court expressed thanks to Attorney Rajan for her very prompt assistance in helping Attorney Stavole to locate information and identify the Third-Party Administrator for the 401(k) plan. Another telephonic status conference is scheduled for 8/28/2026, at 1:00 p.m. Directions for joining the call will be emailed to counsel. The parties are to inform the Court if they reach a settlement before that date. (Court Reporter: None.) Time: 20 minutes. (B,DL)
