ORDER: Before the Court is the Receiver's motion for summary judgment as to the remaining Defendants. (Dkt. 171). For the reasons provided in the accompanying Statement, the motion is granted as to Counts I, V, VII, and XV, and denied as to Counts II, VI, and VIII. As a result of Defendants' liability for actual fraudulent transfer and for unjust enrichment, the Court awards the Receiver $184,853.50 from EIN CAP, $299,118.00 from World Global and Fundkite, and $524,340.00 from BMF Capital. Because Plaintiff is awarded the requested damages, Plaintiff's motion to strike (Dkt. 172) is dismissed as moot. Enter separate final judgment order. Civil case terminated.
