TEXT ORDER: In its August 21, 2026 Text Order, the Court ordered Defendant MTL Transport, Inc. to clarify whether its counsel also represented Defendant Malkit Singh and whether Singh intended to appear through MTL's 37 Answer to Crossclaim. MTL Transport has now filed an unopposed 46 Motion to Amend/Correct its 37 Answer. Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(2) provides that leave to amend should be "freely give[n]" when "justice so requires." MTL Transport explains that it seeks to remove references suggesting that its counsel also represents Singh because counsel represents MTL Transport only and any representation to the contrary was made in error. The amendment is therefore appropriate. Accordingly, MTL Transport's 46 motion is GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to docket Exhibit 1 to MTL Transport's 46 motion as MTL Transport, Inc.'s Amended Answer to G3 Enterprises, Inc.'s 31 Crossclaim. Entered by Magistrate Judge Ronald L.
