Having considered the Notice and finding good cause therefor, the court hereby ORDERS: 1. All deadlines governing this action are VACATED. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss 24 is DENIED as moot. 2. The court DISMISSES the action without prejudice. The court retains jurisdiction to vacate this Order and to reopen the action within sixty (60) days from the date of this Order. 3.
