(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE FAILURE TO RESPOND TO MOTION TO DISMISS (DKT. 16 ) by Judge John A. Kronstadt: On August 10, 2026, Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss. Dkt. 16 ("Motion"). A hearing on the Motion is scheduled for October 26, 2026. In accordance with the Standing Order, any opposition to the Motion was due on August 31, 2026. No opposition has been filed. Consequently, on or before September 9, 2026, Plaintiff shall file an opposition or notice of non-opposition to the Motion. If no opposition is filed by that deadline, the Motion will be deemed unopposed. See Local Rule 7-12. If an opposition is filed by September 9, 2026, Defendant may file a reply on or before September 23, 2026. Plaintiff is reminded of his obligation to comply with the Standing Order.
