Order The Court hereby approves and adopts the parties' Joint Stipulation to Issue Notice to Potential Opt-in Plaintiffs (ECF No. 18 ), as incorporated herein. Notice shall be provided to the potential opt-in plaintiffs in accordance with the schedule set forth at ECF No. 18 at PageID #: 139. The proposed "Notice of Collective Action Lawsuit" and "Consent to Become a Party Plaintiff" forms (ECF No. 18 -1) are also approved and adopted with the changes in footnote 1. The parties' joint request that the Court set a schedule for them to brief the final determination regarding whether each collective member is in fact "similarly situated" to the named plaintiffs (ECF No. 18 at PageID #: 140) is granted. The cutoff for filing Plaintiffs' Brief is 30 days after the completion of the second phase of discovery. Defendant's Response shall be filed by 30 days after service of Plaintiffs' Brief, and Plaintiffs' Reply shall be filed by 14 days after service of Defendant's Response. Judge Benita Y.
