Judge Richard G. Stearns: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. The court unseals this case, leaving all documents filed up until today sealed until Friday February 14, 2025, when all documents, excepting the Complaint, will be unsealed. The court will permit plaintiff, by February 19, 2025, to either submit a redacted version of the Complaint or an agreed-to statement describing the nature of the Complaint fully enough that the public would have an understanding of the original dispute. The statement should include an explanation that the case has settled and this statement is being docketed in lieu of the original Complaint in light of the court's agreement that the originally-filed Complaint contains propriety financial information regarding the parties that deserves protection.
