NOTICE of Local Rule 1.11(e), which provides that, unless an order states another time, a seal under Rule 1.11 expires ninety days after a case is closed and all appeals are exhausted. To prevent the content of a sealed item from appearing on the docket after the seal expires, a party or interested non-party must move for relief before the seal expires. (Signed by Deputy Clerk). ORDER. Defendants' Motions to Dismiss (Docs. # 82, 83, 85) are GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Count V of the Amended Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice and with leave to amend; Count VI is DISMISSED with prejudice; Count VII is DISMISSED without prejudice and with leave to amend. In light of the Court's dismissal of Count VI with prejudice, the entirety of the Amended Complaint (Doc. # 69) is DISMISSED as a shotgun pleading with a demand for repleader. Sanford may file an amended pleading that complies with this Order and all applicable rules on or before October 9, 2026. The Clerk is directed to terminate any other pending motions and close the file, pending Sanford's filing of an amended complaint. If an amended complaint is timely filed, the Clerk is directed to reopen the case without the need for further Order. If Sanford timely amends, the parties are directed to propose an amended case management order within 10 days of the date the amended complaint is filed. See Order for further details.
