(Dkt. 17 ). As the Gerdau Defendants did not file the Stipulation at least 5 business days prior to their deadline to respond to the Complaint, the Stipulation is untimely. Dkt. 10 at 18. In light of the Gerdau Defendants' filing of their Motion to Transfer Venue or Alternatively to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint (Dkt. 18 ), the Stipulation is DENIED as moot.
