MINUTE ORDER (text-only) made at the direction of the Honorable Jamal N. Whitehead: Greer asked the Court to extend the parties' deadline to file a joint status report. Dkt. No. 14 . The Court finds good cause since Greer did not receive electronic notice of the order, and grants an extension until 10/19 for the parties to file the joint status report. Greer is directed to ensure he is enrolled in the electronic filing system or receives notice by mail moving forward. Greer also filed a second amended complaint without leave of the Court on 9/18. Dkt. No. 15 . Under Rule 15(a)(1), a plaintiff may only amend his complaint once as a matter of right. Subsequent amendments require consent or leave of Court. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1)(2). Because Greer already filed an amended complaint on 6/22, Dkt. No. 11 , he may only file a second amended complaint with Defendants' consent or with the Court's permission. See LCR 15.
