Order on Motion to Amend/Correct
ORDER that the Emergency Motion to Amend the Temporary Restraining Order and for Order to Show Cause (Doc. 66 ) is granted in part and denied in part. FURTHER ORDERED that the prior Temporary Restraining Orders issued in this consolidated case remain in effect, unmodified, pursuant to the orders previously issued. FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Nicolas Roussy Newton must immediately cease abusing, harassing, or threatening the other parties in this actioncurrent and past including their directors, employees, and counsel. FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Nicolas Roussy Newton shall show cause, in writing, on or before July 9, 2026, why he should not be held in civil contempt of court for violating the Temporary Restraining Order entered on May 5, 2026 (No. 26-cv-3103, Doc. 31 ), as extended by Doc. 49 , but only as to Plaintiffs' allegations tied to his possession or misuse of materials obtained from the Latentcap Domain or Latentcap Google Workspace. He shall further show cause as to whether he should be sanctioned for disseminating sealed court filings. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs may file a reply to Defendant's response to the order to show cause on or before July 10, 2026. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs are directed to provide notice of this Order to Defendant Nicolas Roussy Newton by email at the address nicolasalexandre@me.com within 24 hours.
