Discussion held regarding current Bench Trial setting. Due to a conflict in the Court's calendar, the 11/9/26 Bench Trial date may need to be moved. The Court will reach out to the parties regarding a new date for trial if necessary. Discussion held regarding Proposed Final Pretrial Order, contested issues, and witness lists. Discussion held regarding video/non-video depositions. Parties directed to bracket the necessary testimony in different colors and circle their objections. This information to be forwarded to the Court by 10/26/26. Motions in Limine due by 10/9/26 with responses due by 10/23/26. The Court will rule on the motions prior to trial. At the joint request of the parties, the due date for the parties to file their Joint Status Report regarding their efforts to resolve their discovery disputes is extended from 7/31/2026 to 8/7/2026. The parties shall continue to meet and confer in good faith in an attempt to reach agreement regarding the unresolved discovery disputes identified in their July 10, 2026 Joint Status Report (ECF Doc. 57 ). The Joint Status Report shall: not exceed three double-spaced pages, be signed by counsel for each party, and outline the parties' efforts to resolve their discovery disputes. To the extent that any disputed issues remain unresolved following those efforts, the parties shall provide specific details regarding those unresolved issues. Magistrate Judge Amanda M.
