Re: 26 Discovery Plan.
The parties calculate their discovery period from the date the last defendant appeared, rather than the first as required by LR 26-1(b)(1). But the parties do not request special scheduling review as required by LR 26-1(a). So, the Court DENIES the discovery plan without prejudice. The parties must file a renewed plan on or before July 10, 2026.
