ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The Court adopts Magistrate Judge Dunst's 29 Report and Recommendation ("R&R") as to Defendant's 25 Motion for Attorney's Fees in its entirety. Any objections were due to be filed by August 19, 2025. To date, no objections have been filed. "When no timely objection is filed" to a magistrate judge's report and recommendation, "the court need only satisfy itself that there is no clear error in the face of the record in order to accept the recommendation." Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b), advisory committee's note to the 1983 amendment; accord Colvin v. Berryhill, 724 F. App'x 756, 758 (2d Cir. 2018). The Court has reviewed Judge Dunst's R&R and finding no clear error on the face of the record, adopts it in full. Accordingly, Defendant's motion for attorney's fees 25 is denied.
