SECOND AMENDED CASE PROGRESSION ORDER - granting 23 Motion to Amend Case Progression Order. Depositions due February 19, 2027. A status conference to discuss case progression and the parties' interest in settlement remains set to be held with the undersigned magistrate judge on September 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. by telephone. Counsel shall use the conferencing instructions assigned to this case to participate in the conference. The planning conference set for January 20, 2027, is cancelled. The trial and pretrial conference will not be set at this time. A planning conference to discuss case progression, dispositive motions, the parties' interest in settlement, and the trial and pretrial conference settings will be held with the undersigned magistrate judge on February 17, 2027, at 11:30 a.m. by telephone.
