STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE AND EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned counsel for Plaintiff and Defendant, as follows: Defendant Preston Niblack, in his capacity as Commissioner of the New York City Department of Finance, agrees to accept service of the Summons and Complaint in the above-captioned action as of the date of this Stipulation. Such acceptance is made without waiver of any defenses, including but not limited to those under Rule 12(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In consideration of Defendant's acceptance of service, Plaintiff agrees that Defendant's time to answer, move or otherwise respond to the Complaint shall be extended by 30 days to July 30, 2025. Defendant's time to respond to the Complaint has not been previously extended. This extension does not prejudice or limit any rights or defenses available to Defendant under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or any applicable law.
