It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that judgment is entered for defendants and against plaintiff as to Counts I and II. It is further ORDERED that Count III is DISMISSED without prejudice. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall UNSEAL the documents at ECF 18 and 19 . And it is further ORDERED that this matter is CLOSED. (CMO)
