MINUTE ORDER (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO COMPEL ARBITRATION by Magistrate Judge Autumn D. Spaeth: Defendants' Motion is granted. The Court finds that the parties have a valid arbitration clause which encompasses the disputes at issue. All proceedings in this matter are STAYED pending arbitration. Defendants' counsel are to inform Plaintiff of the steps necessary to initiate the arbitration in compliance with the parties' agreement. Parties are ordered to file a status report by no later than October 16, 2026 identifying the selected arbitrator. Parties are also ordered to file a status report every three months thereafter on the status of the arbitration proceedings. Upon completion of the arbitration, parties are required to file a status report within seven (7) days, advising the Court of the completion of the arbitration and the remaining issues, if any. (kh)
