MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) signed by Magistrate Judge Stanley A. Boone on 09/18/2026: Pursuant to the request of the parties, an Informal Discovery Dispute Conference is set before United States Magistrate Judge Stanley A. Boone on 09/24/2026 at 03:30 PM. The parties shall file a joint letter brief, not to exceed four pages in length, at least 24 hours before the scheduled informal video conference. The joint letter brief shall describe the parties' "meet and confer efforts" and provide a synopsis (without exhibits or attachments) of the discovery dispute. The letter brief shall be both filed with the Court and emailed to saborders@caed.uscourts.gov before the applicable deadline. If prior to the informal hearing the parties resolve the dispute, they shall notify Courtroom Deputy Jan Nguyen before the hearing. The failure by any party or counsel to meet and confer in good faith, fails to participate in drafting the joint statement in good faith, fails to timely file the letter brief; and/or fails to appear at the informal video hearing, may result in the imposition of sanctions by the Court.
