ORDER - Defense counsel filed a motion to withdraw, and the parties filed a stipulation to extend the time for defendants to respond to discovery requests. (Docs. 45 , 46 .) The LLC defendants cannot defend this suit except through counsel and if no counsel is obtained, those defendants risk entry of default judgment against them. The individual defendants can proceed without counsel but, if counsel is not obtained, those defendants are expected to comply with the rules and procedures that govern all litigants.
