FPTC in this matter is RESCHEDULED for Monday, March 8, 2027, at the hour of 2:30 p.m., at the US District Courthouse in Frankfort, Ky.; 4. Trial in this matter is RESCHEDULED for Monday March 22, 2027, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., with counsel to arrive by 9:30 a.m., at the US District Courthouse in Frankfort, Ky; 5.
