   STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL OF PLAINTIFFS' SECOND CLAIM FOR RELIEF: Pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Plaintiffs in these consolidated actions and the Defendant Habib Bank Limited, by and through their undersigned counsel, stipulate to Plaintiffs' dismissal of their Second Claim for Relief, Civil Liability Under 18 U.S.C. § 2333(d) for Conspiring with Foreign Terrorist Organizations, in each of the above-captioned actions, with prejudice. Plaintiffs' Second Claim for Relief (civil liability under 18 U.S.C. § 2333(d) for conspiring with foreign terrorist organizations) is DISMISSED with prejudice. For clarity, the sole remaining claim in this case is the First Claim for Relief (civil liability under 18 U.S.C. § 2333(d) for aiding and abetting foreign terrorist organizations). So Ordered.
