MINUTE entry before the Honorable Keri L. Holleb Hotaling: The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint status report [Dkt. 102]. The parties are scheduling a private mediation in this matter. Once a mediation date has been set, the parties shall inform the court of the same and if the parties seek a stay in discovery pending the mediation date they shall file a motion seeking such relief. Currently, the discovery schedule detailed at Dkt. 82 remains set. Finally, the Court cautions the parties that it expects privilege log entries to be thorough, particularly if the parties expect the Court to potentially undertake a review of such privilege log in connection with motion practice at some point. The parties are to file an updated joint status report on 9/29/2026. (rbf, ) (Entered: 08/04/2026)
