The action is stayed as to Defendants American Rental & Entertainment, LLC and Jason Palmer because both have filed bankruptcy petitions (See Docs. 26 & 35). The remaining defendant, Palmer Real Estate Holdings, LLC has joined in a motion for entry of a consent judgment (Doc. 36). Accordingly, no ruling on the earlier motion for summary judgment is necessary at this stage of the proceedings.
