TEXT ORDER-- In view of District Judge Padin's June 29, 2026 order denying Defendant's motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 150 ), there shall be an IN PERSON status conference before Magistrate Judge Adams on August 6, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. Lead trial counsel and all parties must attend. An individual with full settlement authority must attend on behalf of each corporate party. If an insurance carrier is involved, then an adjustor with full settlement authority must attend (in addition to the insured party). The parties shall submit a joint status update, no longer than 3 pages in length, at least five business days before the conference. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 7/2/2026. (JB)
