EO: On June 22, 2026, the Magistrate Judge issued an ORDER GRANTING IN PART DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO COMPEL PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION WITHHELD ON THE BASIS OF THE COMMON INTEREST PRIVILEGE. (ECF No. 254 ).
On July 7, 2026, Plaintiff filed an Objection to the Magistrate Judge's Order. (ECF No. 258 ).
Plaintiff shall file their Opposition on or before Monday, July 13, 2026.
Pursuant to District of Hawaii Local Rules 7.1(d) and 74.1(c), no reply is permitted and the matter shall be decided without a hearing.
