STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING INITIAL SCHEDULE: NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties stipulate and agree, subject to the approval of the Court, as follows:1.Defendants are relieved of any obligation to respond to the initial Complaint in the Action.2.Within fourteen (14) business days of entry of an Order appointing Lead Plaintiff and Lead Counsel in this Action, Lead Counsel and counsel for Defendants shall meet and confer and jointly submit for the Court's approval a proposed schedule for the filing of an Amended Complaint, Defendants' response to the same, and all briefing or other submissions associated with any motion(s) to dismiss. 3.By executing this stipulation, the undersigned do not waive any defenses, and all such defenses are expressly reserved. Nothing in this stipulation is intended to curtail any rights under the Federal Rules that might otherwise exist absent this agreement.4.Nothing in this stipulation shall prejudice the right of any party to seek further extensions on the consent of the other parties or from the Court.IT IS SO STIPULATED.
