ELECTRONIC ORDER: On June 30, 2026, Defendant filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiff's claims. (See Dkt. No. 13.) In accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(2), the Court finds good cause to delay entering a scheduling order pending disposition of the motion. The Court will enter an initial scheduling order, if necessary, after the motion to dismiss is resolved.
