Order
ELECTRONIC ORDER: In September 2025, Plaintiff moved for Default Judgment on all claims, including its claim for breach of contract, against Defendant Caleb Matthew Maddix (See Doc. 21, Mot.) and Defendant Air AI Technologies Inc. (See Doc. 22, Mot.). In December 2025, to properly evaluate Plaintiff's Motions for Default Judgment, the Court ordered that Plaintiff, by January 9, 2026, either produce the alleged contract at issue or explain in writing why it did not do so and was not required to do so. See Doc. 24, Order. Plaintiff did not comply with the Court's Order. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff, by January 26, 2026, to respond to the Court's prior order or SHOW CAUSE as to why it failed to comply with the Court's prior order. Failure to respond may result in dismissal of the action without prejudice. (Ordered by Senior District Judge Jane J Boyle on 1/12/2026) (chmb)
